Wildes & Weinberg, P.C.

About the Firm

Sixty-five years at the golden door.

Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. is perhaps the United States' premier law firm concentrating in U.S. immigration and nationality law.

Our Story

Wildes & Weinberg grew out of the practice of Leon Wildes, Esq. — a distinguished immigration practitioner in New York City — more than sixty-five years ago. In the beginning, the work was deeply personal: individuals facing deportation, families seeking citizenship, lives that hung on the outcome of a single case.

As America's demand for global talent grew, so did the firm. We began representing the banks, industrial companies and financial institutions that needed the world's best people — and, in time, the actors, performing artists, writers, filmmakers, athletes, esports professionals, chefs, scholars and business leaders who define their fields.

Yet through six decades of growth, the hallmark of this practice has never changed. It remains, as it was on the first day, the individualized attention we give to every client's problem — whether that client's name is known to the world or known only to us.
